Reflection on Civil Procedure II

Talent-based assessment For the second semester, we have been introduced by Dr Shahrul a talent-based project whereby all of us must list top three of our talents such as singing, cooking, writing poems and whatnot.  We were asked to showcase our talents in pursuant to Civil Procedure's topics. We had theater, mock trial, poem reading with silat, singing, writing an anthology and even cooking and creating computer games! I was so amazed by everyone's hidden talents in various fields other than 'being a law student' especially the coding one. For me, I was tasked with another fourteen classmates to write an anthology. So, we decided to write a compilation of poems and short stories incorporating what we learnt in Civil Procedure subject. We named it as Antologi Puisi dan Cerpen Tatacara Sivil II Takhta Teragung. Reflection on Civil Procedure I

Honestly, Civil Procedure I is one of the subjects that I feel anxious of because it needs a lot of professional skills. We have to to know how to read and analyse cases, how to accurately apply the Civil Procedure rules, legal writing and grammar skills, and the most I'm worried about is speaking and presentation skill; it's kind of foolish to admit this but even though, I'm already 23, I still get nervous speaking in public or even in class but yeah, we gotta do what we gotta do. I have learnt a lot by the end of the Semester 1 for the Civil Procedure subject.  I think the most valuable thing that I have learnt during the semester for Civil Procedure 1 is team cooperation. I have never thought team cooperation is THAT important until I have seen it with my eyes especially in Civil Procedure subject and I'm so thankful for fate put me in a group of wonderful people, my firmmates.
